Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 19, 2026
At Alvi Creative Studio, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — wherever in the world you are based. It applies to visitors to our website and to clients who use our services.
1. Who We Are

Alvi Creative Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a web development, design and digital marketing studio based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with clients across Pakistan and internationally. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected]. For the purposes of data protection law, we act as the “controller” of the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and anything you include when you contact us or start a project. We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our site, such as your IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide and deliver our services, process payments, communicate with you about your project, improve our website and services, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We may also send you updates about our services where you’ve agreed to receive them; you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, we process your personal information on one or more of these legal bases: your consent (e.g. marketing emails), performance of a contract (delivering services you’ve engaged us for), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business, provided these don’t override your rights), and legal obligation (e.g. tax and accounting records).

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand how it’s used and support our marketing. This includes [Google Analytics] and [Google Ads / Meta Pixel, confirm which you actually use]. You can control cookies through your browser and, where required, through our cookie-consent banner. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

6. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted third parties who help us operate, for example our Hostinger, Cloudflare, and analytics and advertising providers named above. These parties process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may also disclose information where required by law.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Pakistan and work with clients and service providers in other countries, so your information may be transferred to and processed outside your home country, including outside the UK/EEA. Where we transfer personal data from the UK/EEA, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as [Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards, confirm with your reviewer].

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here, typically for the duration of our working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and business requirements [specify retention period, e.g. up to 7 years for financial records]. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

9. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA/UK (GDPR) you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to know, delete and correct your information and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing”, and we do not sell your personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within the timeframe required by law.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under [16]. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are significant, provide a more prominent notice.
